About Kris Grimes

Kris is a Belgian citizen who moved to the Atlanta area in 1999. She lived in Belgium, The Netherlands, Austria and Singapore. Having moved around the world, she is familiar with all the excitement (and pains) of moving house. She'll gladly help you making your move as comfortable as possible.

When Kris became a real estate agent in 2002, she quickly found out that becoming licensed to sell real estate is only the beginning. Hence, she took the training of Accredited Buyer and Seller representation as well as Residential Finance Specialist. When the market flooded with foreclosures, she delved deeper into the subject such as Short Sales and HUD homes. To help her seller clients she obtained the Home Staging certification.

Her goal is to offer quality service. She prefers to work with a limited number of clients to be able to dedicate her time and expertise to those who need it. Her slogan is Quality Before Quantity!
